The Consortium for the implementation of the Digitalisation Project of PBS services in Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted to the Ministry of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina a statement regarding the Project implementation with the proposal that Sirius 2010 withdraw from the Contract, and that Odašiljači i veze Zagreb take over all the rights and obligations stemming from the Contract with the Ministry, including collection of already issued invoices in the amount of more than KM one million for the activities implemented so far.

At today’s meeting with the state-level Minister of Communications and Transport, Edin Forto, the representatives of the Consortium for the implementation of the Digitalisation Project of the PBS Services in BiH undertook the obligation to submit in the coming days the proposal to overcome the risks posed before the project as the result of the inclusion of the Sirius Company 2010 Banja Luka (which is the holder of the Consortium) on the sanction list of the Office for Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
