According to work plan, the Commission prepared the Draft Final Report of the aircraft accident and, in accordance with Annex 13, Chapter 6 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation (ICAO), and Article 15 of the Rulebook on investigation of aircraft accidents and serious incidents (Official Gazette of BiH, No.: 30/14), submitted it to the state of the operator and state of registration, to the respective operator and owner of aircrafts as well as to the relevant aviation bodies in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

They are all expected to submit their comments in order for the Commission to consider them in detail and to adopt the justified ones and to include them in the Final Report. The Ministry of Communication and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina will then publish the complete and final results of the investigation.
