The topic of today’s meeting was the current state of infrastructure projects and the future road and rail infrastructure construction.

In addition to the significance of Corridor Vc, Minister Mitrović also informed the representatives of the CCEECC Company about the construction of expressways in BiH, i.e. part of the motorway through the Brčko District, from Brčko to Vukosavlje and the Foča – Šćepan Polje road. Minister also informed them about the projects planned to be implemented in future, such as the Zvornik – Tuzla railway and the Doboj – Šamac railway as well as the Tuzla – Brčko – Vinkovci railway which has been put into focus lately.  

This Chinese Company expressed interest in entering the BiH market and participating in the infrastructure projects that were discussed at today’s meeting. 

Minister Mitrović noted that the Ministry is particularly interested in the possibility of full arrangement that would include designing, construction and financing.
