Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina Vojin Mitrović together with the President of Republika Srpska Željka Cvijanović, President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik, President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska Nedeljko Čubrilović, Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Radovan Višković and ministers in the Government of Republika Srpska attended the ceremony.

Motorway section Rača – Bijeljina is 20 kilometers long and it shall be constructed by a consortium consisted of Integral inženjering Laktaši, Srbija auto-put Beograd and Institut za građevinarstvo IG Banja Luka.

Project is financed by the Government of Republika Srpska.
