BiH Minister of Communications and Transport, Vojin Mitrović, met today with the Director of the Transport Community Permanent Secretariat, Matej Zakošnjek, to discuss railway and transport infrastructure.

The accent of their discussion was on the construction of an integrated border-crossing near Gradiška.

As noted, it is necessary for the Ministry to launch an initiative in order to build and then open such integrated border-crossing with the Republic of Croatia. It was also agreed to consider who should be involved in the process, and which are the competent institutions from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and even the European Commission and the Transport Community to be included.

The meeting took place in a friendly and open atmosphere.
