BiH Minister of Communications and Transport, Edin Forto, met today with the Director of the e-Governance Academy of Estonia, Ivar Tall, and the Head of the Cooperation at the EU Delegation to BiH, Stefan Eller, with whom he discussed the digitalisation process and how to apply the best European practices in BiH, with special emphasis on services and their better availability to the citizens.
