Feedbacks from citizens (complaints and compliments)

Complaints

Each citizen is entitled to filing a complaint to this body that shall contain the following information:

  • Appellant’s first and last name;
  • Appellant’s contact information (address and phone number);
  • Reasons for filing the complaint (date, time and place of the event; description of actions of improper, unprofessional or inappropriate conduct ...);
  • Relevant evidence (attached to the complaint);
  • Handwritten signature affixed to the complaint (if a complaint is submitted personally or in writing by the applicant).

Method of filing complaint:


Filing complaint in person

A complaint by a person or an authorised representative of a legal entity may be filed weekdays from 9AM to 5PM at the Protocol of the Ministry.

When filing a complaint in person, by mail, fax or e-mail, the citizens will use the following form.
